Dermexcel Dermalytic (100ml) is an intensive exfoliating and keratolytic treatment cream designed to soften rough skin, smooth out texture, and assist with skin conditions such as keratosis pilaris, ingrown hairs, and hyperkeratosis. It combines high concentrations of Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) and moisturizers to dissolve dead skin buildup while keeping the skin hydrated and healthy.

Active Ingredients: Lactic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Urea, Glycerin, Panthenol.
